Current and Past Work Experience
Stephanie joined HSBC Bermuda in November 2004 and has worked directly with clients as a Branch Teller, Customer Service Representative, Operations Specialist, Premier Banking Officer and now as a Premier Relationship Manager. This has afforded her a great opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of the entire Retail Banking operation from when a client walks into the branch to the back-end processes that support the client’s transactions. Stephanie prides herself on providing excellent customer service and is bilingual in English and Portuguese.

Stephanie holds a Canadian Securities Course (CSC) Investments Certification.
