We have reviewed our Advanced offering to ensure we provide our clients with the best customer experience. We have recognized the Advance proposition no longer meets our customers' needs.
We've given our Advance offering a thorough review to ensure we're providing our clients with the best customer experience. During this process, we concluded that Advance no longer meets our customers' needs.
Advance will be discontinued from January 2025.
In January 2025, Advance customers will be automatically transitioned to Personal Banking. If you are interested in our Premier Proposition please review the qualifications here.
Your existing HSBC Advance Debit Card(s) will begin to be migrated in January 2025. Your new card(s) will be issued to you via the mail, please ensure your mailing address is up to date prior to this migration. Additional communication will be issued once your new Personal Banking card(s) have been mailed.
There will be no changes made to existing Advance credit card limits or rates at this time. Any additional changes will be communicated in the future.

If you have an existing personal loan and/or mortgage, there will be no change to your existing interest rate. Personal Banking fees will apply to any new mortgages, loans or cards.
