Bermuda's data privacy laws require organisations like us to tell our customers what personal information we hold and how we use it. Our privacy notices are our way of providing our Personal Banking customers with this information.

Our privacy notices include information such as explaining why different types of personal data is collected, how that data is used and disclosed, and your rights regarding your data.

As of 1 January 2025 our privacy notices were updated to reflect the requirements of Bermuda’s new privacy legislation, the Personal Information Protection Act 2016.
